Paid products from Bookkeeping Prompts are digital downloads (prompt packs and similar files). Paid downloads are sold and delivered through Payhip checkout. The rest of the site stays free to browse.
If a paid download does not match its product page, email hello@bookkeepingprompts.com with the order date, the product name and a short note about the problem. We read every request. If we issue a refund, we do it to the original payment method when the processor allows it.
We may decline a refund when the file was delivered as described, when the request is for a change of mind after a long delay, or when we cannot confirm the purchase.
Prompts and checklists are general information, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. A refund does not change that. Review every AI output before you rely on it.
